Melon pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Melon in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the melon habit
The honest read on melon: 21 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A melon pen device from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.44 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon pen device really costs in Belgrade
Melon in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested melon in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where melon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.44 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does melon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the melon blend itself harsh.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does melon in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
