The short version: melon in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon pen device really costs in Belgrade
Melon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.3 per 10 ml.
How we tested melon in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.3 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Melon | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | pen device | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 7 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD35 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.3 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does melon in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does melon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the melon blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should melon start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
