Melon RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Melon in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Melon RDA here
We run melon the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Melon RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: melon in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon RDA really costs in Belgrade
Melon in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested melon in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where melon goes wrong
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD56 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.96 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
