Melon starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Melon in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What melon costs in Belgrade
Melon sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon starter kit really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on melon: 14 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested melon in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where melon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.9 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long melon in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for melon in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is melon legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.9 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does melon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the melon blend itself harsh.
