Ordering Jouza Hookah to Belgrade: the practical version
Mint in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Mint cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: mint in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Mint in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mint in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mint goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.42 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | RSD33 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.42 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
