Mint pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Mint in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Mint in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint pen device really costs in Belgrade
Mint in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mint in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mint goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.8 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
