Mint pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Mint in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mint habit
Mint pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Mint in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: mint in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint pen device really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at mint in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mint in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mint goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Belgrade survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.67 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
