Mint starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Mint in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with mint in Belgrade
Mint in Belgrade reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: mint in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Mint in Belgrade reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mint in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Belgrade survives.
- Treating the advertised RSD48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.56 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD48 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.56 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.56 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
