Mint vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Mint in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with mint in Belgrade
The honest read on mint: 19 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint vape pen really costs in Belgrade
We run mint the same way in Belgrade: same vape pen, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mint in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.

On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.42 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
