Mint zero-nicotine bottle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist — Belgradejouza
Mint in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 8 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What mint costs in Belgrade
We run mint the same way in Belgrade: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested mint in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mint goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.12 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Entry kit | RSD41 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.12 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.12 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
