How we tested Mintice 30 ml shortfill here
We run mintice the same way in Belgrade: same 30 ml shortfill, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A mintice 30 ml shortfill from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.61 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested mintice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.61 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.61 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.61 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
