Mintice cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with mintice in Belgrade
Mintice in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.71 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Mintice cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mintice in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | RSD62 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.71 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does mintice in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 6 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
