Mintice e-liquid bundle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist — Belgradejouza
Mintice in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.47 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at mintice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: mintice in Belgrade works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested mintice in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.47 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
