Mintice pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Mintice is allowed to say
A mintice pen device from the budget options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.47 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice pen device really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at mintice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mintice in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
