Mintice RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Mintice is allowed to say
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.03 per 10 ml.
Mintice in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: mintice in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice RDA really costs in Belgrade
We run mintice the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mintice in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.03 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
How long does mintice in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
