Mintice starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist — Belgradejouza
Mintice in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with mintice in Belgrade
If you are looking at mintice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run mintice the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice starter kit really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on mintice: 9 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.58 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Mintice | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | starter kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 9 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD64 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.58 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does mintice in a starter kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.58 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
