Mintice starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Mintice starter kit here
If you are looking at mintice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on mintice: 13 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Mintice starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mintice in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Belgrade survives.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
