Mintice starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Mintice is allowed to say
A mintice starter kit from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.31 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice starter kit really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on mintice: 15 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.31 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Belgrade survives.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.31 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
