Mintice vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Mintice is allowed to say
A mintice vape pen from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.07 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at mintice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested mintice in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.07 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.07 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
