Nutty pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Nutty in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
We run nutty the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.25 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long nutty tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a nutty pen device really costs in Belgrade
We run nutty the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested nutty in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
