Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
If you are looking at nutty in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Nutty zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: nutty in Belgrade works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a nutty zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested nutty in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.75 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On nutty the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.75 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
