Plain 10 ml bottle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.06 per 10 ml.
Plain in a 10 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: plain in Belgrade works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain 10 ml bottle really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on plain: 19 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.06 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 10 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.06 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD46 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
