Plain pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a pen device for plain
Plain pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at plain in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain pen device really costs in Belgrade
We run plain the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Belgrade survives.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for plain in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plain the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.13 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
