Plain pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
A plain pen device from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.55 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain pen device really costs in Belgrade
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.55 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD57 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plain the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.55 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How long does plain in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 6 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
