Where buyers go wrong with plain in Belgrade
A plain pen device from the online options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.17 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plain pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested plain in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.17 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plain in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
