Plain pod kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 9 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Plain pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plain in Belgrade works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain pod kit really costs in Belgrade
A plain pod kit from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.05 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plain goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for plain in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.05 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
