Plain RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Plain is allowed to say
Plain in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Plain RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain RDA really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on plain: 24 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.11 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for plain in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does plain in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
