Plain starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run plain the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Plain starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plain in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.96 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plain the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.96 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
Is plain legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
