Plain starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Plain is allowed to say
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain starter kit really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on plain: 7 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.94 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is plain legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plain the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.94 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
