Plain starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Plain starter kit here
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.72 per 10 ml.
The honest read on plain: 18 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: plain in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plain in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plain goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Belgrade survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
