The honest read on plum: 24 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.91 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
How long does plum in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 2 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is plum legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
