Plum e-liquid bundle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist — Belgradejouza
Plum in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plum in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
Plum in Belgrade reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested plum in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Belgrade survives.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | RSD45 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.5 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.5 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.5 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
