Plum mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Plum in Belgrade reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
We run plum the same way in Belgrade: same mesh tank, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Belgrade survives.
- Treating the advertised RSD58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.2 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.2 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
