Plum in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with plum in Belgrade
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.58 per 10 ml.
A plum mesh tank from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.58 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on plum: 20 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How long does plum in a mesh tank last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
