Plum pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with plum in Belgrade
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.97 per 10 ml.
Plum in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum pen device really costs in Belgrade
Plum pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.97 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for plum in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is plum legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
