Plum starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Plum in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on plum: 15 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.16 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.16 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does plum in a starter kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 2 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
