Plum starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist — Belgradejouza
Plum in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A plum starter kit from the bulk options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.9 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: plum in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on plum: 8 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.9 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
