Plum sub-ohm kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.46 per 10 ml.
The honest read on plum: 23 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at plum in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
