Plum vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Plum vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Plum in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.09 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.09 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
