Plum vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Plum in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A plum vape pen from the online options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run plum the same way in Belgrade: same vape pen, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.11 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Is plum legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
How long does plum in a vape pen last?
