Salted cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Salted in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Salted in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Salted cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
A salted cartomizer from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.24 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where salted goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for salted in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.24 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
