Salted RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Salted in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you are looking at salted in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: salted in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted RDA really costs in Belgrade
Salted in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested salted in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where salted goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.19 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.19 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
