Salted starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Salted in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with salted in Belgrade
We run salted the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.3 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted starter kit really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested salted in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
