Salted vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Salted in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
A salted vape pen from the flat-rate options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.45 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on salted: 19 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: salted in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Salted vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested salted in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Belgrade survives.
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.45 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
How long does salted in a vape pen last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
