Sour mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Sour in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Jouza Hookah to Belgrade: the practical version
We run sour the same way in Belgrade: same mesh tank, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.08 per 10 ml.
The short version: sour in Belgrade works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on sour: 23 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sour in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.08 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.08 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How long does sour in a mesh tank last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
