Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.48 per 10 ml.
How we tested sour in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.48 per 10 ml.

Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
