Sour pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Sour in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sour habit
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Sour pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour pen device really costs in Belgrade
We run sour the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sour in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where sour goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Belgrade survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.89 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
