Sour refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Sour in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run sour the same way in Belgrade: same refill pack, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: sour in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour refill pack really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on sour: 6 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sour in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Sour | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | refill pack | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 6 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD46 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.86 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
