Ordering Jouza Hookah to Belgrade: the practical version
A sour sub-ohm kit from the value options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.87 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.87 per 10 ml.
The short version: sour in Belgrade works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
A sour sub-ohm kit from the value options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.87 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested sour in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.87 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD29 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.87 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is sour legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does sour in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
