Spiced 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist — Belgradejouza
Spiced in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Spiced is allowed to say
Spiced 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.32 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on spiced: 17 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested spiced in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.32 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Packaging for spiced in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is spiced legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
